Username and Password?
Some features of PC TimeOut require Windows Administrator Access. To enable those features run the program under a Windows Admin Account or enter the credentials when you first run the program.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your password, you will have to uninstall the program and reinstall it. There will be an update in the future which will provide a way to send passwords to the parents email.

Websites Not Blocked?
Site Blocking takes effect when the browser used is closed and restarted, and or in some cases when the computer is restarted.
Why are Daily Quota Times different than what I set them to?
It's because the configuration file for the program was tempered with. When the program detects values tempered with, it penalizes to short default values.
